Red flags that are screaming your goals are out of sync with your true Calling...

Are your goals really working for you... or are they working against the life you’re meant to live?

Your intuition already knows the answer, but if you need a nudge, here are some signs it’s time to recalibrate:

Have you noticed feeling exhausted instead of empowered?

If you’re constantly running on fumes, it might be time to ask: Are you chasing society’s goals or YOUR soul's purpose?

It’s time to prioritize the tasks within your business to help you achieve your soul's purpose.

Does your passion now feel like a chore?

What once lit you up now feels like a never ending to-do list. This can lead to burnout if not addressed. Making sure we have the right goals in place, underpinned by the right systems & support will help with this and bring back the passion.

Do you hit milestones but it just feels empty as you move straight onto the next thing?

Celebrations without joy are a red flag. Success means nothing if it’s out of alignment with your deeper desires. These need to be your goals and when you reach them make sure you make time to celebrate!

Are you ignoring your intuition?

That little voice saying, “This isn’t it” isn’t wrong. Goals that align with your calling will feel expansive, not restrictive. If a goal feels really hard work then either you don't have the right support or that goal was never really yours in the first place and you have been finding opportunities to self sabotage rather than achieve that goal that doesn't resonate..

Do you have this sinking feeling that something is “Off” within your business?

Sometimes the biggest sign is just feeling stuck, even when you’re “doing all the right things.” If you don't know what your next move is then your goals aren't doing what they are supposed to do: inspire and give focus. Check back in with your long term vision of success and start thinking how your goals should be formulated to actually achieve it.

It’s okay to change your goals and if you haven't got goals or feel that they aren't working for you then it's time to make a change.
