Forest Bathing in the West Midlands

Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) is the practice of embracing all of the senses in nature as you are guided in receiving invitations from the forest. The practice originated in Japan and has been the subject of many studies which has demonstrated the benefits of spending time in a natural setting over other types of setting for individual's mental and physical health.

The experience will last from 2-4 hours, involve a short (under 1/2 mile) walk and a number of guided nature invitations before finishing with a herbal tea and chat.

Faye holds a Diploma in Forest Bathing, is experienced in running Forest Bathing in the West Midlands and is able to guide you through this wonderfully calming experience either at one of the public events or through a private booking (email for details).
